07th Sep 2007 - Eurocentral investment continues with new build programme

Scotland's leading mixed use business park has confirmed plans to build an additional 244,000 sq ft of high specification industrial and warehousing, which will be available for let.
This £30 million phase of the advance build programme at Eurocentral in Lanarkshire is being pushed forward following a string of recent deals at the park and is in response to continued market demand for industrial space.
The programme will include four new units: Apollo 4,951 sq m (53,293 sq ft); Athena 3,833 sq m (41,266 sq ft); Pegasus 5,992 sq m (64,499) sq ft; and Orion 7,913 sq m (85,179 sq ft).
Work will start on site this month with phased completion until May 2008. The highly specified production/warehousing buildings have been designed to allow maximum internal flexibility and offer a variety of yard options, including a cross docking option.

The development of these new industrial units will run in tandem with the £330 million business park being developed on Eurocentral's high profile A8/M8 frontage land due to be completed in spring 2010 and incorporating office, retail and leisure opportunities on the site.
