Personal care training

We would train potential care staff to suit your business needs. These may be covered in the three-stage programme below but, even if you require different skills from an applicant, contact us; we are here to meet your specific requirements.

• Induction introduces trainees to your business and to the care sector.
• Pre-vocational training helps us to assess trainees' confidence, ability, motivation, inter-personal skills and reliability.
• Job-specific training could include: REHIS, Lifting and Handling Skills and working towards the Scottish Foundation Progression award in Care.
